BACKGROUND

Burato Gioielli entrusted us with the creation of the new online boutique. The Veneto company asked us to design an e-commerce platform which could target international markets and which would succeed in expressing the desire to renew its brand identity.
The attention to detail and a detailed study of the information architecture are thus the foundations of this e-shop, which sports captivating graphics and an effective user experience. From the technological viewpoint instead, the platform integrates with the company's management software, allowing information to be exchanged on product availability, and customer and product registries.
The management software and e-commerce also interact to also generate all the documentation for administrative needs and useful for despatch.
A multilingual project (Italian and English), well supported also by the presence of physical outlets, which represent another touch-point for potential customers. In this perspective, the online boutique serves several functions:as a showcase for the products, to a touch-point for finalizing purchases.
