Background
The Cordivari company was founded in 1972 by Cav. Ercole Cordivari, and soon became one of the best Italian companies in the plumbing and heating sector. Cordivari products are made in four production plants in Italy and include several lines of hydrothermal products for domestic, public and industrial applications.
Production activities and the whole company identity itself – aiming at high chain quality in all its aspects – are supported by strong values such as innovation and sustainability. Its technological, ergonomic, logistical and distribution policies are always people and environment-oriented, thus providing customers with effective and reliable products and solutions, with a low environmental footprint.
Today the Cordivari brand is one of the best expressions of Made in Italy, ambassador of quality, comfort and innovation all over the world.

Strategies and tools
The new project focused on renewing the previous corporate website dedicated to the Italian and international markets, by improving on the one hand the online image and user experience, and on the other content updating and digital process management.
The target audience includes not only private consumers but, above all, professionals in the plumbing sector, retailers, and agents who also use the site as a quotation tool. Thanks to the system integration between the new website and the configurator, it is possible to create and save quotes related to a specific product line, which is essential for the entire sales network.
Particular attention was therefore paid to the enhancement of the services offered to users, such as the possibility to download technical documentation, save quotations within one’s restricted area, and find stores and local customer service centres.
