Elica assigned us to the operational management of its e-shop, and therefore encashments, invoicing, accounting, couriers and stock levels are all directly managed.
We also handles orders coming from e-shop users, customer care, and marketplaces, quantifies shipping costs, checks deliveries, and deals with every possible goods return and reconditioning procedure.

– Processes orders and relevant tax documents (invoices, shipping bills, credit notes) daily.
