Background

Pas de Rouge is synonymous with quality Italian handmade shoes that are comfortable, beautiful and lightweight due to the traditional slip-lasting method.
We were asked to create a single digital solution that would enhance the brand values and work to generate direct online sales, without neglecting the network of traditional retailers; and to activate marketing strategies to achieve the desired sales results.

– Create an official digital commerce channel that replaced the institutional website with a single platform
Increase direct sales, brand awareness and visibility
– Establish a product pricing policy.

Strategie e strumenti

Pas de Rouge opened up both to online sales, with the Ecommerce platform developed on Prestashop CMS, and to outsource sales management. As well as optimizing the SEO of the entire platform, to support sales, we ran advertising campaigns in the Italian market on Google and the main social media, and an Email Marketing strategy.
