Strategies and tools
As part of its ongoing process of digital innovation and international expansion, Tre Spade has launched a strategic plan aimed at strengthening its market presence through the integration of new tools and sales channels.
This strategy focuses on the development of a new sales and institutional channel, designed to enhance the brand both in terms of B2B and B2C, and on the analysis and optimization of its marketplace positioning in order to improve the visibility of Tre Spade products, align them with market trends, and maximize sales performance. To promote effective and responsive distribution, centralized warehousing has been implemented, a key element for efficient omnichannel logistics.
This solution enables real-time synchronization between eCommerce, marketplaces, and traditional channels, ensuring faster and more accurate order fulfillment throughout Europe. To complete the project, the centralized, cross-channel customer service has been strengthened, and it is now capable of managing in a coordinated manner requests and assistance from all online sales touchpoints. This structure ensures a smooth user experience, increased loyalty, and proactive customer relationship management.
Through these initiatives, Tre Spade confirms its commitment to combining tradition and innovation, thus establishing itself as a reference point in terms of quality, efficiency, and service in the international food processing and preservation equipment market.
