Obbiettivi

UBC’s digital project aims to sell the products of UBC’s brand partners online to B2C users in European markets, but also to the international landscape.

Strategie e strumenti

To seize the sales opportunities of the digital market, it became necessary to rely on an expert partner such as Calicantus, which succeeded in supporting UBC in a digitalization process for managing online sales through full outsourcing.
Beginning with defining the brand’s online positioning, integrating the existing ERP and PIM systems, and carefully selecting the software of the e-commerce platform, we identified Bigcommerce Enterprise as the best solution for the project’s required functionality and scalability ambitions.


Capturing the European B2C market requires a targeted branding and digital-marketing strategy, but not only that: to obtain results quickly, sales management in its complexity also needs an up-and-running machine.
