BACKGROUND

Established in 1970 in Fabriano, Elica designs and manufactures hoods, air purifiers and diffusers appreciated and recognized throughout the world as a symbol of Italian-made quality, design, and innovation.

"Aria Nuova" (new air) is the mission that accompanies Elica in designing and manufacturing household appliances, and in particular, high-tech and innovative hoods with unique and distinctive design.

Elica's latest innovation destined to revolutionize indoor air quality is Snap 'Air Quality Balancer', an innovative suction system that automatically expels unpleasant smells, pollutants and excess steam through a small hole on the wall without any heat dispersion while preventing insects and other pests from entering.

For better service to the B2C market, in addition to its well-structured network of retailers both in Italy and abroad, Elica now sells its diffusers and fragrances, suction systems and spare parts and accessories for hoods through its online e-shop.

PROJECT

The search for the highest quality and expertise drove Elica to find a qualified partner for the outsourced management of e-commerce, logistics, e-shop warehousing, and online customer care.

Elica assigned calicant.us to the operational management of its e-shop, and therefore encashments, invoicing, accounting, couriers and stock levels are all directly managed at calicant.us.

Calicant.us also handles orders coming from e-shop users, customer care, and marketplaces, quantifies shipping costs, checks deliveries, and deals with every possible goods return and reconditioning procedure.
