MANAGING THE OPENING OF AN E-SHOP

To open an e-shop we can deal with the direct management of the administrative practices or, alternatively, provide you with all the necessary support advice.

Opening up your e-shop includes these tasks:

  • Notifying the relevant Chamber of Commerce
  • Managing the payment-system formalities
  • Opening up business relations with couriers and other suppliers (packaging etc.)
  • Creating documentation (tax and other) for customers, defining also the associated numbering.

MANAGING ORDERS AND CASHING PAYMENTS

In managing the e-shop, order fulfilment is done daily by issuing the relevant tax documents (invoices, packing lists, credit notes) on behalf of the client, with dedicated numbering according to current legislation.
We are organized to receive payments into either our own accounts or, on request, those of the customer. Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal, bank transfers, cash and other procedures to be agreed. 

SHIPMENTS MANAGEMENT

To deliver the goods, we draw on the experience and professionalism of the major carriers with which we have privileged relations and discounts.
We take care of all administrative expenses and communications with the users and carriers, right through to final delivery, sending tracking numbers to follow the shipment online.

RETURNS MANAGEMENT

Because, within 14 working days from receipt, end consumers can return goods without giving their reasons, we can handle all communications with users until the agreed procedure is completed.
